What the ICS 214 is for

Per FEMA’s instructions, the ICS 214 records details of notable activities at any ICS level. It is basic incident documentation and a reference for any after-action report.

On a fireground that usually means times, unit assignments, PARs, benchmarks and anything unusual. The log is only as good as the moment it gets written, which is why many officers end up filling it in from memory after the call.

Or skip the typing

Fireworks Incident Command logs every PAR, benchmark and Mayday as it happens. When the call ends, the ICS 214 is already written and prints straight from the incident.

One incident. One record.
