Customer Service

We still answer the phone.

When something breaks mid-shift, you need an answer fast, from someone who understands a run report, a NERIS deadline, and a crew waiting on the answer. That's who picks up at Fireworks.

Typical timeline. Your project manager builds an exact schedule with your department at kickoff.

Standard migrations keep only the required NERIS data. With Fireworks, your complete incident record stays yours.
Data Migration

Your history comes with you.

Standard migrations often keep only the data NERIS requires, and the rest of your department's record gets left behind. Fireworks migrates your complete historical data, so your reporting record stays intact.

  • Complete incident records, not just the required fields
  • Validated with your team before training begins
  • Your data stays yours, through the switch and after

FAQ

Implementation & support questions

Who answers when I call Fireworks support?

A real person on our support team. Our team includes people with Fire and EMS field experience, so you're talking with someone who understands your reports, your deadlines, and your crews.

How fast does support respond?

Our average ticket response time is about 20 seconds. If you would rather talk it through, call us and a real person answers the phone.

How long does implementation take?

A typical implementation runs about four months from kickoff to go-live across five phases: planning, data migration and configuration, training, final testing, and go-live. We'll build your exact schedule together at kickoff.

Do you migrate our historical data?

Yes. Historical data import, configuration, and validation are part of every implementation. You'll review the migration results with us before moving on to training.

How does training work?

Training is delivered through live, instructor-led Zoom sessions, along with a workflow review so your users are prepared before launch.

What is Fireworks University?

Fireworks University is our learning hub for customers. It includes on-demand training your crews can take any time, office hours every week with our team, and first access to new Fireworks webinars.

What happens after we go live?

After launch assistance and follow-up check-ins, your department moves to a customer rep and our customer service team, matched to the size of your department. You also get Fireworks University: on-demand training, weekly office hours, and first access to webinars. And when you need help, you call and a person answers.
