Shane joined the company in 2019 as an end-user instructor and is currently the Chief Training Officer. Shane has over thirty years of fire service and EMS experience. His background includes operational, administrative, network and data analysis within emergency services. Shane holds an AAS in Fire Protection Technology as well as multiple fire/EMS/ICS/Computer certifications.
