Shane joined the company in 2019 as an end-user instructor and is currently the Chief Experience Officer. He has over 30 years of Fire Service/EMS experience. His background includes operational, administrative, network and data analysis within Emergency services. Shane holds an AAS in Fire Protection Technology, as well as multiple fire/EMS/ICS/Computer certifications.
