MEET THE TEAM

Jaime Metcalf joined EPR after many years in the fire EMS industry. Jaime is knowledgeable and shares with her team members a deep passion for public safety and an understanding of the software needs of emergency responders and municipalities.

Jaime spent the last two years as an account manager for an NFPA-compliant SaaS model PPE tracking software company. Jaime uses her over twenty years of industry knowledge to help prospective customers find the solutions that best fit their needs.
